FAQ's
Q. Will I know if my supplies are backordered?
A. Yes. As soon as we find out that your item is backordered, we will let you know. Most backordered items are shipped within 2 weeks. We can either hold your whole order till the backordered item comes in, or we can ship the instock items first and then ship the backorders when they come in. Please let us know your preference.
Q. What if I don't want the backordered item any more?
A. Please let us know ASAP if you no longer want the backordered item. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products, but we would appreciate knowing that you do not want them item as soon as possible after you receive the backorder notification.
Q. Can an item that doesn't say "not in stock" be backordered?
A. Yes, some items tend to sell faster than others and we do run out before we actually get a notice posted on the item. A good example of this is brads and eyelets. They sell very fast and sometimes the total in stock isn't always up to date.
Q. What does "0 available for immediate delivery" mean?
A. At this time, we have very limited space to carry our stock, so the larger items are not ordered until you place your order with us. Our suppliers deliver very quickly (within 3-5 days), then we immediately ship your item to you.
Q. I am not satisfied with an item I received. What do I do?
A. Please contact us for a return authorization. We cannot accept items without an authorization. Items must be returned within 30 days of when it was received and in the same condition as it was received, package should be unopened if possible. If the product is opened and then you found damage inside, you may also contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
Q. I want to place an order, but don't want to give my credit card number on the website. What do I do?
A. Please be aware that we have a secure checkout, so your information will never be available to any one else, but you can call us (712-274-4611) with your information or email us with your credit card information. If your order will not go through without your credit card information, just choose Money Order/Cashier's Check option to put your order through. We will be able to charge the amount to your credit card after your order is placed if you have authorized us to do that.
